3D Phoenix Rising Zip Tote - Black

My son and I were brainstorming about a great print to celebrate our fifth anniversary and to denote the transition from my great despair and losing from losing my vision to my joy and launching my company, Blind Girl Designs. His immediate response was “Phoenix Rising.” So, I present our interpretation of the beautiful Phoenix Rising. We chose orange tactile ink for the outline and yellow plastisol ink for the inside. 

This design features a rising phoenix rendered in luminous gold and fiery tactile amber-orange tones, dramatically set against a deep background. The phoenix is shown mid-ascent, wings fully outstretched in a powerful, symmetrical span that conveys strength, renewal, and upward motion.

The feathers are highly stylized and layered, transitioning from bright yellow at the core to rich  tactile oranges along the edges, giving the impression of living flame. The body curves elegantly upward, while the long, flowing tail cascades downward in flame-like plumes, emphasizing rebirth through fire and motion.

Centered near the wings, the words “HOPE” and “REBIRTH” appear on either side of the phoenix in a clean, modern font, reinforced by grade one braille underneath each word. Along the right side, vertically oriented text reads “Blind Girl Designs,” in both words and tactile Braille, serving as a subtle signature without overpowering the artwork.

We used our white Plastisol ink on this tote bag to ensure the bag lasts for years. This tote is 15 inch by 20 inch full zip canvas bag with a folder bottom so it can sit upright and a zip pocket on the inside as well! It has generous straps, so you can swing it over your shoulder.
