3D “we hold these truths to be self evident” white puff ink black hoodie

This classic Americana   white puff ink tactile print combines bold 18th century  typography with raised tactile braille . This is a very similar font that was used in the first printed  version of the  Declaration  of Independence.  A circle of  13 large five-pointed stars frames the entire design, creating the look of an early American flag- inspired by the spirit of 1776, and , of course, the 13 original  colonies. 

At  the top  left and right corners of the print , the years “1776” and “2026” mark the 250-year anniversary of the United States. Beneath each year is a line of raised braille dots, adding a tactile reading element that complements the  18th century fonts . 

Centered in the middle of the print, the famous and powerful  phrase from the Declaration of Independence is stacked in dramatic vintage-style lettering:

“WE HOLD
THESE TRUTHS
to be
SELF EVIDENT
THAT ALL MEN
ARE CREATED EQUAL”

Each section of text is paired with tactile braille underneath, allowing the message to be experienced both visually and through touch. The combination of distressed colonial-inspired lettering and raised puff ink creates a striking and authentic dimensional effect.

The entire print is designed in clean white puff ink for a bold raised texture that stands out. The tactile surface gives the artwork depth, accessibility, and a handcrafted feel while maintaining a strong patriotic presentation. 

This hoodie has a traditional pouch pocket on the front and drawstrings at the hood. It is a pull over your head hoodie. It has banded sleeves and bottom as well. Please wash inside out a cold and OK to dry in the dryer until nice and cozy, the key is that you have to wash and dry it inside out to protect the ink -it’s absolutely a must!
