Refund policy
{Hi! Welcome to our exchange and refund info- hope this answers your questions. We do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, so keep us posted!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, please! We can track your purchase on our website so no need to tear that label off of the poly bag!
To start a return, you can contact us at tricia@blindgirldesigns.com or call us at 862-448-4011 , we’ll send you a return shipping label and a poly bag to ship it in. Please contact us before the return so we can immediately respond once we receive your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange for another size, call us at 862-448-1011 , and we’ll get that new size shipped along with a poly bag and return shipping label for a fast and easy exchange!
Refunds
If you need a refund for a return (darn ,we do want to make you happy!)just call us at 862-448-1011 , and we’ll send you a return label and poly bag for ease of return. If you don’t want to wait, just send it back to Blind Girl Designs, 3227 Ashfield Drive, Houston, Texas , 77082. We’ll refund upon receipt.Remember, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
In the meantime, an email will pop up from us showing that the refund was processed.}
