Pennsylvania Council of the Blind Fundraiser
Let’s support the Pennsylvania Council of the Blind With their fabulous fundraiser which reflects upon the birth of our country. The print features the iconic Liberty Bell In the center of the print, and above the bell in the same font that the constitution was printed in, it says” LET INDEPENDENCE RING!”
Beneath the words, the sentence is spelled out in tactile braille.
On either side of the Liberty Bell there are six red stars, and right below there’s one white star signifying Pennsylvania and it’s role in tying together the 13 colonies to create this nation. Around the white star is a blue Keystone shape, Which is a geometric shape. A keystone is a shape that means all other pieces lean on it for stability. We are taking note of the importance of Pennsylvania and the formation of this country.
Pennsylvania is widely known and beloved as the Keystone state.
At the bottom of the print, also in that same American constitution font, proudly proclaims the word “Pennsylvania” In a bold white font. Below that is Pennsylvania in tactile braille.
We love this print, and the fact that it actually has red white and blue mixed into it, as well as the fact that the font is the same font that the constitution of the United States, as well as the Declaration of Independence were written in. This is such a beautiful and historic print.
